Reiki is an energy healing modality. The word "Reiki" is a Japanese term meaning Universal Life Energy.  It is a gentle, non-invasive, hands on and off, natural healing method.  It cleanses and purifies our Aura and Chakras (energy body system), removing blockages and working on the body in areas where it is needed most. This healing modality will inhibit our ability to live life to our full potential, energized and with increased happiness and optimum health. Crystals are also added to cleanse and balance your Chakras and enhance your healing experience.

Benefits:
* Reduces Stress, Anxiety and Depression
* Balances Aura and Chakras
